Toolmaking is at the heart of Plastech with our highly trained workforce injecting a wealth of experience and skill into each project. Our aim is to offer customers reduced lead times whilst still producing high quality U.K tooling at competitive rates.
Using the latest 4 Axis CNC machinery, including Wire Erosion & CNC spark Erosion we can produce precision tooling in varied materials quickly and effectively. Tooling is tailored to suit both customer and the application with every job, from a single impression mould to a multi-cavity mould, given equal priority.
As well as new tooling, Plastech can also modify or repair existing tools and, for external use tools can be supplied with sample moulding parameters.
